Fifth Element MULTI PASS (Credit Card holder)
thingiverse
I couldn't find one that did exactly what I wanted - a multi-pass card holder designed specifically for credit card-sized plastic cards. Some contenders were larger than necessary, while others were close but had issues with card fitment, resulting in the card sticking out awkwardly. One model even appeared slightly distorted after closer inspection. However, upon further research and re-watching the product video, I believe I've found a promising solution. This particular model takes standard credit card-sized plastic cards without any issues. I also have a printed plastic card design that fits perfectly with this holder, which can be accessed at https://cards.aa.net.uk/. The design files come in three convenient formats: the complete assembly, a base component with alignment pegs, and a top component with alignment holes. Assembling these parts requires minimal glue and is relatively straightforward. The design is built using OpenSCAD, allowing for easy modification and customization through its numerous variables and comments.
