Grab a handful of rubber bands and start tinkering with them until you get it right. If the microphone is sagging too far down, just keep adding more bands until it's secure. Don't be hesitant to use some elbow grease when slipping the frame into its tiny tripod base – sometimes a bit of force gets it locked in place.
