Fiero Door Skin Washer and Cap

Tired of fighting with the Fiero Door Skin bolts that are buried in plastic that strip out when you try to remove them? I know I am after messing a few of them up trying to remove them. This washer is designed to be used with a metric cap screw, M6 x 1.0 IIRC, so that you can easily unscrew them using a hex key tool such as an Allen wrench. The cap slides onto the screw to protect it from damage. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE SCREW THREAD SIZE! I made these years ago and my memory may be faulty. The good news is that most big-box hardware stores sell the metric cap screws so you can take one of the original fasteners with you to make sure you get the right size and length.I would print this with PETG and 100% infill. The parts work great and simplify removing the door panels greatly!
