Fields of Arle Board Game Organizer
thingiverse
Organizer for Fields of Arle. Includes parts/space for Tea & Trade expansion. This game desperately needed a dedicated insert to organize its numerous components. The sheer number of tiny bags and parts was overwhelming, making setup a daunting task that often deterred me from playing the game altogether. Luckily, everything fits perfectly, even with the expansion, leaving just barely enough space. I designed this organizer according to my standard design criteria. It must pass the flip-the-box test, which means any container holding small parts should have a rounded interior for effortless retrieval of its contents. To print the organizer, I recommend printing three copies of the player part, two copies of the Wood/Peat part, and one copy each of all other components. Next, pack the boards into the bottom section as flatly as possible. Place the long, thin Tea & Trade boards along the sides and back to prevent lumps from forming. Position the scoresheets along the back for easy access. For the player boxes, I suggest collecting all initial player board parts and placing them in their respective box, using the large peat field as a lid. This allows players to quickly set up their game components without having to rummage through the main supply. However, if you prefer to store fields and stalls in the main supply instead, I've left sufficient space for that purpose. This organizer can be printed on a 200x200 build plate. If desired, buildings and field parts could be glued or printed as one longer piece, assuming your printer has a larger bed capacity. Similarly, animals/peat pieces and goods/vehicles components can be combined into single, larger prints if needed. I printed my organizer at a resolution of 0.3mm, achieving excellent results without requiring any supports.
