Field Stand for Metal Detector (e.g. Bounty Hunter LR Pro)

The design is currently undergoing rigorous testing in real-world environments...\r\nPlease note that this project falls under the Creative Commons - Attribution - Non-Commercial license.\r\n\r\nThis basic one-legged stand for a metal detector, similar to the Bounty Hunter LR Pro, is designed to keep the device out of the mud while digging in wet fields.\r\nA 20mm dark grey high-pressure PVC pipe serves as the rod, cut to a length where an inserted magnet in the tip can reach and securely attach to the handle during searches.\r\nInsert an 8mm Neodyn magnet into the tip and secure it with glue; add a small metal piece to the detector handle to keep the leg fixed in place.\r\n\r\nUpdate:\r\nTwo alternative tips have been added.\r\n\r\nHandling Instructions:\r\nBegin by securing the leg to your handle using the magnet; when you need to put away the detector, release the leg and it will point downwards, allowing you to push it into the wet earth.\r\nWhen retrieving the detector, push the leg forward until it securely attaches to the handle via the magnet.\r\n\r\nReal-world images of this design in action will be posted soon.\r\n\r\nAdditional Requirements:\r\nTwo M3x14 screws with nuts and one M3x30 screw with a nut are needed for assembly.\r\nIf printing with PLA, consider filling holes in the tip and PipeMount with epoxy to enhance stability if necessary.\r\n\r\nAdd-On Option:\r\nIf the leg is not fully secured to your handle, try adding a small piece of Neoprene between the handle and both the bottom and top mounts.
