Spacer to mount a Fidlock Base Plate to a LAST bike frame, with brake hose and shifting cable on top of the down tube. Works for a 600 ml bottle on a clay frame size L. Fidlock base plate needs to be flipped, to bring the bottle downwards (works, if bottle connector is also flipped). Might work for Coal, Glen and other bikes as well.
