Fidget Widget Mod
thingiverse
I stumbled upon theininen's Fidget Widget on Thingiverse and decided to give it a try. After printing one out, I discovered that I prefer smoother edges on the piece, so I recreated it in SolidWorks based on the original STL file. As many users were asking for an integrated version, I created one with some modifications to minimize overhangs. However, please note that you will still need to use raft and support during printing, and printing slowly with adequate cooling will yield better results. When exporting from SolidWorks, remember to rotate the STL 90 degrees for proper printing. Unfortunately, everything is black because I was too lazy to switch filament. Update: In February 2017, I added STL files with different tolerances as well as the Solidworks files. Post-Printing Tips: Depending on your printer's tolerance, you may need to sand down the surface or hole to achieve a better fit.
