This model should be printed either at 0.15 or 0.2 because it needs to move, but other than that it doesn't really matter what you do to it, but make sure that there is no stringing between the prongs, as that causes a lot of friction, and it won't move as well. Also attached a print file which takes an hour and a half, printed in PETG (because that's what I primarily use)Edit: So I came across a model on Thingiverse that is the same as mine, but predates my version by a couple of years. I created this model in a class in middle school, so I guess my teacher used that as inspiration. I changed the authorship and the liscense, and I would like to apologize to Theininen on Thingiverse, this was unintentional, and I put your model file and one sliced version in the File section.
