The Fidget Stick is a remake based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2338550 by zapta. Since the side walls were too thin to withstand pressure, I designed a smaller cavity (oval shaped) to reinforce them. I printed the fidget with wood PLA, 100% infill, and 2mm walls at 60 speed, which took approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes. After printing, I sanded it lightly to smooth out any rough edges and applied transparent acrylic spray paint for a glossy finish. Next, I prepared a flat surface by placing a piece of nonstick cooking paper on top. I then applied a small amount of hot glue to the paper and pressed the fidget firmly onto it until the glue cooled down. You can repeat this process multiple times to achieve a thicker layer. Using a razor blade, I trimmed off any excess glue, and my Fidget Stick was ready for use. The remake is working perfectly just like the original design, and its durability has been significantly improved!
