Fidget Spinner Thingiverse

Fidget Spinner

Thingiverse DonLabs Free 3D Printable

This is a Don Labs version of the classic triple arm fidget spinner. It has trapezoidal teeth on the ends of the arms for extra grip when spinning. Utilising very common 608 bearings (skateboard bearings). Prints in 3 separate parts, the main spinner and a two part centre pin. The centre pin has a raised ring that sits on the metal part of the inner race of the centre bearing and the pin passes through the centre hole with a clearance fit for less spin resistance. The two centre pin parts are to be superglued together. If printing, ensure the main spinner is printed with the chamfered holes facing up (chamfered to ease bearing insertion). Print the pins with the head face (the face you would have against your finger) on the print bed. Print all parts individually to avoid stringing and use minimum layer times with the pins to avoid melting and deformation.
