Fidget Spinner Pinwheel Handle

This is a handle and screw cap designed to attach my turbine fidget spinner (**https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2305864**) and create a pinwheel. I've included two screws: a low-profile option for a more permanent attachment, and a larger, easier-to-grip alternative if you prefer to frequently swap spinners on the handle. To print the screw cap correctly, it should be printed separately from any other objects. I found that due to its small size, the threads turn out cleaner when the extruder nozzle doesn't have to jump between parts during printing.
