Cut out a recess for a standard 22mm 608ZZ bearing, it will not sit flat so a raised cover will be necessary. 13mm M8 bolt per original design but needs to be 13mm or smaller for a flush fit or if you want to use the bolt as a "set screw" to secure in the bearing then just a little over 13 will suffice. I printed mine with three layers, 100% infill (it's a small print so it won't use much material). Very compact so little kids can use it easily. -edit-06/11/2017 created an M8 threaded rod (standard pitch) and a 5/16" UNC threaded rod and placed in the holes (I don't have a tap set and was unable to force screwing in the bolt on the one w/o threads) [untested as of yet] tested...did something wrong...the threads are not round..correcting
