CREATE CAPS FOR YOUR SPINNER WITH TEXT IN THEM. THE TEXT AND THE SIZE OF THE CAPS ARE CUSTOMIZABLE. Texts size automatically fits the cap. The spinner in the picture is for my nephew Luuc. The spinner was made from a design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2246964. I had to make some adjustments, however - changing $fn from 120 to 60 helped speed up the process significantly.
