I'm scaling up a design inspired by Fidget spinner created by AdrianMankovecky with a factor of x0.995. I'm attempting to print it flawlessly with minimal surface damage from support material. To achieve this, I've embedded the support structure into OpenSCAD for use with 0.3/0.4/0.5 mm nozzle prints. So far, the print is proceeding smoothly without any additional slicer support, especially when using a layer height of 0.1mm, which seems to be more forgiving of overhangs without compromising print quality.
