Fidget Spinner
thingiverse
Do you find yourself fidgeting at work or school? Are you one of those annoying pen clickers that drives everyone crazy? The fidget spinner is an awesome alternative - it's completely silent, has great weight, and is addictively fun... It's literally the greatest thing since sliced bread was invented! The STL accepts standard 608 bearings. You won't need any glue to get started; just apply some pressure to fit the bearings in place. I found it easiest to put the bearing on a flat surface and then push the spinner onto it evenly with something flat. Check out this video for a closer look: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFd6eRbALGk Print Settings: Printer: Cocoon Create Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 looks awesome, 0.2 works too Infill: 10% - 30% Notes: Printed in PLA with a 0.4mm nozzle and 1.2mm walls, so the bands holding the outermost bearings were solid plastic. The bands are also quite thin, so be sure to use a skirt when printing. You may need to adjust size for ABS to account for shrinkage.
