These can be printed in two colors and different types of filament with a single extruder if you print off half and then switch filament. They were made to have a tight fit so the bearings don't fall out. A good idea would be to use the back of a screwdriver, for example, to tap the bearings into place. You also don't need to put bearings in the outer ones - just print something 22mm in diameter. This was designed using Fusion 360 and printed on the Anet A8.
