Fidget spinner

Fidget spinner

This is my take on crafting a fidget spinner that pushes the limits of creativity and precision. I embarked on this project to hone my CAD skills and challenge myself in mastering Autodesk Inventor, which I'm currently studying. The spinner relies on a standard 608 ball bearing and three M12 nuts as weights, showcasing the versatility of these components. To add stability, I used lock nuts, but any M12 nuts will yield impressive results. For optimal performance, always opt for a ceramic ball bearing. Print Settings Printer: My custom-built CoreXY printer, crafted with precision and care. Rafts: The choice is mine; rafts are not essential in this case. Supports: Absolutely necessary; supports guarantee a smooth print. Resolution: I chose 0.1 mm layer height, paired with a 0.4 mm nozzle for exceptional detail. Infill: A moderate infill of 30% strikes the perfect balance between speed and durability. Notes: Printed using PLA. To achieve perfection, print the center cap standing upright on its tip, taking advantage of support material for best results.
