I used 9xM8 hexnuts as weights and a 608zz ball bearing, which measures 22x8x7mm in size. To reach maximum rotation speed, you need to remove the sealing from the bearings. To do this, use scissors or a knife to poke next to the inner ring and lever it out. After that, use acetone or brake cleaner (or try soap and hot water) to get the grease out of it. The nuts and bearing should fit snugly inside; you may need to sand the hole for the bearing a little.
