Use the arrow on the top right to go back to the part and click extrude, you go extrude the text outward or inward (removing matter). Use the arrow again to go to the assembly and click on the little "I" on the top left, go to "Export" and "CAD FORMAT". Change file type to "STL" if it isn't already set to it and enjoy your personal fidget card! (Spur Gears are found under the "Card" folder)
