This is the Hand Spinner for your Fidgeting needs. To get started, you'll need one 6002-Bearing unshielded without grease. If you don't have a specialized bearing, just remove the shields/sealant and the grease from a common bearing to make it spin more freely. You will also need three M14-Nuts. Press the Nuts and Bearing into the Spinner on a flat hard surface - a flat surface really helps alot. Just be careful not to press too hard on the inner ring of the bearing, or you might cause the cage to deform/ leave an inprint on the rings.
