Uploaded V4 as shown in the picture on May 05 2019; removed the "Work in Progress" flag. Added a picture of V4 on April 04 2019, inspired by the metallic look with a screw-like feature. I like the steam punk optics and suggest waiting to print until V4 is uploaded. Re-remixed from GearsV2 on March 30, 2019. After building other Fidget Gears (Thing 3495096), I wanted gears on the outside rotating in the same direction. Then you can play motorbike or Hover-Spacecraft with it. Further, after successfully printing this and my other gear spinner in place, I also designed for stability with fixed, thick axes. This design requires Print in Place. Updated: The trick was placing the thing at z>0 to allow support to stabilize the gear fins. It costs just 2 layers more support but made it printable!
