A fidget toy with moving parts is described as a 'petal' model. The 'petals' can be easily lifted and removed by prying them up and out. The tolerances for movement are available in four different options: loose, medium, tight, and very tight. Loose has a tolerance of .5mm, medium is .4mm, tight is .3mm, and very tight is .2mm. Some printers may experience issues with the 'very tight' file fusing together if they're not accurate enough. It's recommended to check that the gaps between the petals don't get filled in by supports before printing. The rotated files I've added can be easier to print on some machines, minimizing support material scarring while the original file maximizes contact with the build plate.
