This fictional house, situated beyond our planet, has a detailed 3D model created using 3ds Max 2016 and ZBrush. The scene is ready for Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), games, and other real-time applications. The model features perfect edge loop topology and includes all necessary materials and textures. Itoo Forest, Rialclone, and Ivy v0.976b plugins were used in the creation process. The background was crafted using Photoshop, with additional water and dolphin effects. Render settings and lights are provided within the 3ds Max 2016 scene. In addition to the house, the model features three dolphins with fall materials, blue stairs, one turtle, five mushrooms, and a spider. Textures included are Color Map, Normal Map, and Specular Map. The light system comprises three Vray lights with softbox plane settings. Post-production work was done in Photoshop using render elements.
