thingiverse
I have multiple spools of wire that were somewhat disorganized. I was either taping down the loose end of the wire or shoving it into the wire. I figured out that a plastic clip to hold it in place would be an improved idea - and here's why. The spools I am utilizing are generally obtainable from Fry's, Micro Center. They usually have a 50mm diameter when completely loaded and go down to around 30 mm empty. I created two sizes for each of the two reel heights, one for a mostly fully loaded spool and one for a mostly unloaded spool. Unfortunately, I do not have a mostly empty spool so I was unable to test the 30mm size but it seems to make sense anyway. Printer Settings Printer Brand: Printer: Wasp 20x40 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 10% Notes: Nothing special occurred during the print process. I used a glue stick to adhere the printed item to the bed. No rafts or support material were needed.
