Fiber Laser Fixture Set
thingiverse
I recently bought a fiber laser with a bed featuring numerous tapped holes, but the device came without any parts to use as fixtures. Amazingly, I couldn't find any models online that matched my setup, so I created my own fixtures instead. The collection includes various straight pieces, an L-shaped piece, and a cross-shaped piece. If you think other shapes would be useful, let me know and I'll add them to the set. The bed of my laser has holes spaced 50mm apart and uses M6 screws. Although socket head screws also work well, I found some at Ace Hardware. Each fixture is slightly wider than the screw's head, and the slots are large enough for the screws themselves. The holes on the bed are intentionally a bit tight, so you may need to thread a screw into them once or twice. The oversized slot ensures that it won't cause any issues or bubble out.
