Fiber Force, an Italian manufacturer of high-performance 3D printer filaments, collaborated with the creators to produce a robust and fully functional nutcracker using their premium Carbon Fibre filament. The following print settings achieved exceptional results: The print was completed without any support structures or rafts. A layer height of 0.2mm ensured precise detailing. The printing speed reached an impressive 40mm/s. Infill density was set at 10% for optimal balance between strength and weight. Temperature control was critical to the process: The hotend temperature was precisely set at 240*C. Meanwhile, the bed temperature remained consistent at a comfortable 60*C. Proper airflow management also played a key role in successful printing: No fan assistance was needed during the first layer. A moderate fan speed of 60% was applied for the second layer. For the final layer, maximum fan speed of 100% was employed to achieve a smooth finish.
