This is a housing designed specifically for the Fibaro single/double switch 2 unit. Combining a hard, black colorFabb_XT outer shell with gray colorFabb's nGen_FLEX sealing parts creates a durable housing that can withstand outdoor use. Print Settings: Printer: KosselXL + MassPortal Rafts: No rafts were used. Supports: The print did not require any supports. Resolution: A resolution of 0.10 was achieved. Infill: 100% infill was used to create the strongest possible part. Notes: The housing was printed in colorFabb_XT (black) and colorFabb's nGen_FLEX (gray). A 100% infill was chosen to produce a strong component. All parts can be printed without supports. Post-Printing Assembly: The main section of the housing features space for four M3 heat-set brass inserts, ensuring a secure connection between the lid and base. Seals around the wires enable easy removal of the entire bundle, simplifying wiring tasks. When mounting to the wall, the wires can be removed for better access to screws in the bottom. Afterwards, install the wire bundle with sealing parts and screw down the lid tightly.
