Fiat Nuova 500 simplified cnc/laser

The Fiat Nuova Cinquecento (500) rolled off production lines from 1957 through 1975. The vehicle's engine boasted 13.5 horsepower, propelling it to a top speed of a blistering 50 miles per hour, more than enough for navigating Rome's congested streets. My build was completed on a desktop CNC machine provided by Stepcraft using a spiral-toothed 1.2 mm flute. I crafted the chassis from 6 mm beech plywood and constructed axles from matching 6 mm beech rods. A small amount of grease enhances the rotation, while washers give the tires (finished with wood stain) proper clearance. A laser cutter could be a suitable alternative for building this model. However, note that some intricate components require specific dimensions or materials to ensure structural integrity. Visit https://www.zenziwerken.de/en/Spielsachen for additional toy designs.
