Fiat 500 Armrest Delete
thingiverse
This is a protective cover for the armrest mounting pole in the 2013 US model Fiat 500, along with other models utilizing the same armrest mount. To remove the armrest, simply push the seat material far enough to release a retaining clip. However, this leaves a hole in the seat with a post protruding approximately 20mm. This solution fixes that problem using the same retaining clip without causing permanent damage to your seat or armrest. The files for the coupler only are included as well, allowing you to attach something other than a dome if desired. Please note that you will still need to provide a hole for the post (12mm diameter, 20mm deep). My design is not load-bearing, so print settings should not affect structural integrity. Simply print it with an appearance that meets your standards. I oriented my print as a "mushroom" shape to have the "bottom" pressed against the seat, allowing me to be less precise when removing supports and still achieve a decent-looking dome even with a quick print.
