The complete scene setup, including lights, materials, backgrounds, is exclusively compatible with 3dsmax 2015 and VRAY 3 formats. 3dsmax 2010 users can also utilize the included model files; however, they will lack the lighting studio setups and advanced material shadders available in the 3dsmax 2015 versions. Models from other programs (3ds, fbx, lwo, c4d, obj) contain standard materials but without any sophisticated features or background configurations. Our entire lineup was developed within 3dsmax, ensuring only one specific version can provide an uncollapsed modifier stack: for 3dsmax users only. For models requiring a lower polygon count in alternative programs, simply contact support to have the reduced mesh converted into your preferred format. Note that different computers might necessitate altering texture patches on the target computer due to unique disk topologies.
