Fialgree trilogy ring

The centerpiece features an oval-shaped 6mm x 4mm claw-set pink sapphire, accompanied by two 0.20ct round brilliant-cut diamonds. The intricate design includes filigree shoulders and undercarriage that taper to a domed solid shank. Crafted in 18ct yellow gold, the original ring was customized to have a 1.20ct round brilliant-cut center stone and two side diamonds of 0.30ct each.
