mix of mixes print the tail with little infill, and few walls, keep it lite. Print the head with several walls, 12-40% infill, and 20-30 solid top layers. I have printed in PLA, PETG, and TPU. the TPU survives many launches. Super-glue the tail into the head. This is scaled to 51.5mm to fit my 52mm barrel, but the ballistics put it out further than any other design I have tested so far. (the trick it putting more material at the top of the head than in the rest of the projectile)
