FFG Card Display
thingiverse
A highly adaptable display stand for board game cards is my main focus. The primary games I've designed it for are "Mansions of Madness" (second edition), "Elder Sign", and "Arkham Horror" (third edition) by Fantasy Flight Games, but these can be easily modified to fit other games. The STL files that come with the design include single, dual, and triple card displays for up to ±32, ±64, or ±96 cards sleeved in red, yellow, green, or orange sleeves provided by Fantasy Flight Supply (20, 40, or 60 mm depths respectively). A cap is also included that can be placed over the card display to store the cards safely in the game box. Each STL file is named using a specific format: "2Y20 display.stl" and "2Y20 cap.stl". The first number indicates the number of segments (1, 2, or 3). The second character represents the sleeve size (e.g. 'Y' stands for yellow, 'G' stands for green, etc.). Next is the depth in mm (e.g. "20" is 20 mm). Finally, "display" indicates that this STL file is designed for the card display and "cap" shows that it's meant for the cap. The included OpenSCAD files can be customized by removing comments from lines in the first section of the files (card sleeve size, depth, and number of segments). A previous version of this design is available in the "previous version.zip" file.
