The Perry Class Frigate model is a highly detailed, nearly scale replica built using polygonal techniques in 3ds Max 2013. It features realistic textures for close-up renders and can be rendered with default scanline settings without the need for special software. Animateable features include missiles, launchers, deck gun, radar and phalanx cannons. Available in various formats, this model showcases the design of the Frigate class, which was developed in the 1970s by the US Navy to replace older Gearing and Sumner class Destroyers. A total of 55 Perry Class Frigates were built, with 51 for the USN and 4 for the RAN. The design has since been adopted by several other countries, including Poland, Pakistan, Taiwan, Bahrain, Egypt, Turkey, Australia, and China.
