I designed this one-piece insert with 8 compartments specifically for the Festool Systainer Mini with T-Loc. Although not every corner fits perfectly, I based my design on a single box scan due to time constraints. This design relies on press-fit assembly. If your printer struggles with tolerances, I suggest adding a comment so I can provide an updated version with tighter tolerances. To prevent the insert from rattling, consider adding foam to the lid. The small "standoffs" in the lid should almost touch the insert; add foam to match their height or slightly exceed it by 1mm for a snug fit. Without this adjustment, your parts may shift around during transportation.
