I was determined to utilize my Festool OF1010 router and LR32 rail for drilling shelf pins and other LR32 system holes. The Festool LR32 router adapter being out of my budget prompted me to devise a solution that would allow me to use the OF1010 router with the index slots. To accomplish this, I incorporated a bolt with nuts and a spring to secure the router in place against the holes. This innovation fits snugly between the router and its rail guide. Additionally, I included a rail guide spacer to adjust the positioning of the holes 32 or 48 mm from the edge of the board. These spacers utilize standard knurled bolts readily available at Lowes or Home Depot.
