Jig to create Festool style MFT table top with 96mm centres using 18mm MDF Use a router with a 30mm collar and 20mm bit with bottom cut - https://www.trend-uk.com/c030cx1-2tc-two-flute-cutter-20-0mm-diameter Print 3 of the plugs and place them in the 20mm holes and use these to align the jig squarely with the corner of the MDF sheet and clamp it in place Use the 30mm holes to align the router and plunge cut 4 20mm holes Move the jig along the edge of the board using the holes you've just cut to align the jig using the pins Once the first two rows are cut these can then be used to align the jig for the next two rows
