The machine is made up of three parts that can be customized: a Festool Cleantec port set to work with a D27 port, a tapered cylinder for connecting your vacuum hose and a middle taper that links those two pieces together. The machine part wraps around the D27 port so it doesn't cut down on air flow. It's up to you to decide how your hose connects - over or into the adapter.
