I needed a part to connect my vacuum hose directly to my CNC machine's 80mm spindle. To fit the Festool hose snugly and maintain adequate pressure, I created a simple adapter that matches my spindle's dimensions. This design allows me to easily adjust the height within my dust shoe while ensuring safe movement of the hose with the spindle. By placing this attachment on top of the spindle, it stays securely in place without needing additional fasteners - its simplicity belies its effectiveness.
