The STL dimensions are completely messed up. Simply scale the FESTO.stl file to X 14mm, Y 18.6mm, and Z 4mm, then resize the FEM file to X 26mm, Y 26mm, and Z 6mm. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Prusa i3 Hephestos Layer Settings Rafts: This setting doesn't matter. Supports: You can ignore this option too. Resolution: Choose a value of .100 for the best results. Infill Percentage: Set it to 30 for optimal printing quality. Post-Printing Minimal post-printing is required. Since I printed them in PLA, I simply applied some acetone and manually forced them into place to achieve a better fit.
