Festival Towers, a group of apartments in Brisbane, Australia, is situated at the corner of Albert and Charlotte Streets. The modern building boasts a green facade with 41 floors housing 401 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Amenities for residents include a pool, spa, lawn, and dining area on the podium level. In 2007, under The Oaks Group management, rental leases were converted to short-term stays, leading to hundreds of residents being forced out.
