I decided to take my fairground theme to the next level, incorporating intricate gears into the design. To achieve this, I utilized a range of infills based on the specific parts, recognizing that smaller components required a denser fill to ensure stability. Breaking down the model revealed numerous individual pieces, but I aimed to minimize part counts while still allowing for minimal support material during printing. To facilitate assembly, comprehensive written instructions were included to guide users through the process. Standing at 22cm tall and 15cm wide, this model makes a striking presence, with its towering height of 8.5 inches and substantial width of 6 inches.
