This HO scale (1/87th) FERRIS WHEEL can b motorized to turn. Depending on your printer, some components may require some minimum minor trimming. The gondola chairs come in two halves that have to be glued together. Paint each of the gondola chairs different colors. You will have to drill small holes in the perimeter ring for a pin to be used on the chairs to allow them to swing freely as the wheel turns. I included a fence to surround the Ferris Wheel to guide the people. I exclusively print with PLA and have found that ordinary clear lacquer thinner (Nail polish remover) is a wonderful glue. Make a small test for yourself of two printed pieces of scrap PLA and give it a try. Let sit for 20 seconds and then try to break it apart. It leaves no residue and is applied with a small brush. I've been using lacquer thinner as a glue on stryene and PLA for years. No sloppy or messy glue to show when finished. Contact me and I will show you a video of the finished project.
