Update 10.11.2020: - Montage PDF V3+ added - Enhanced Lip Mount Version 3.5 for the Lid - BIG Version for decked units that fit under the lid +12mm Interior Height Error Fix for Sensor and Moisture Problems on Ferrex Easy800+ Lawn Mower (Model 2020) The most frequent occurrences of this model are the Stop&Go Problematica, and the overrun of the Boundary Cable or Circular Movements in one spot. 1. Problem: Water in the Distributor Box behind the Sensor This leads to short circuits on the circuit board and undefined states (Stop&Go) 2. Problem: Impulse Field Recognition is disrupted by Moist Grass at the Sensor (Cable not recognized or only partially/Temporarily recognized or even overrun) Version 2: Suitable for installation on the Sensor and Distributor Box This version is ideal when no major interventions are necessary (Distributor Box is not wet) Version 3: This version is a variable variant. Here, the Box or Sensor can be changed individually. However, this version does not increase the Splash Protection at the Distributor Box if only the Sensor is covered. (Version 2 recommended) The Cover has an Integrated Form to create a Seal using normal Silicone Gaskets. However, the Lid can also be attached with wet Silicone (Disadvantage: Seal destroyed when box reopened again). The new "Plus" Version uses a Seal Band instead of Silicone (3mmx5mm). This is durable and seals both cable inputs and unevenness better. V3 Spacer for Silicone Seal Variant V3.1 Plus Spacer for Seal Band Variant Instructions for Silicone: 1. Print the Lid Part V3.4, but make sure to also print the thin single wall at the front of the Lid. 2. Fill the Rill with Silicone. 3. Remove the excess Silicone using a suitable part over the edges so that a smooth surface is created flush with the walls. Optional: Fill cable outlets with Silicone 4. Use strong soap water to wet fingers and further smooth out the seal surfaces and evenly distribute them. 5. Allow 24 hours for hardening. 6. Cut the outer Helper Wall (Wider Part of Seal) at a depth of 3mm using a knife (best 4x in corners and points where normal wall meets helper wall). 7. Carefully separate helper walls from Silicone using a knife (cut along helper wall). 8. Remove helper walls from outside. FINISHED Instructions for "Plus" Version Seal Band A mounting PDF has been added under Files, which requires a 3x6mm foam strip. New screws about 1.5 times as long are required for assembly. You should only tighten the screws slightly more than hand-tight and adjust them until they fit snugly every week for four weeks. After installing the Lid, the Sensor Cover is installed, which is attached to the front lip using two spacers for the side flaps with original or identical screws like those used on the box.
