Ferrero Rocher storage box
thingiverse
I was in desperate need of some storage for screws, nails, and other miscellaneous items. Many ideas on Thingiverse popped up, but most people opted to print the box itself, which made it impossible to see through the box and view its contents when closed, leaving me feeling quite frustrated :-(. But what if I already had a box? It's not like I could just print one from scratch! I remembered Ferrero Rocher's sleek see-through plastic boxes that everyone knows and loves. Why not replicate those? I decided to create some dividers that could be glued inside the box, allowing me to easily separate my screws, nails, and other items. The great thing about these dividers is that they don't require any glue to stay in place; they simply hold their shape on their own. This project was perfect for when I had short strings of filament laying around, just waiting to be used up. It's a great way to reuse materials and create something useful at the same time. Note: Unfortunately, there is now a new version of Ferrero's box with tapered sides (2.7°), which makes this design incompatible. If you're looking for an updated solution, I've linked a newer version here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3771402
