I required a Ferox Rider model for Iron Kingdoms (Skorne) in 28mm scale, so I merged the rider and sabretooth models from Elder Scrolls V (Skyrim). I added a lance since the Ferox Rider typically wields a lance that can be placed between the rider's hands.
