I designed this cap for my fermentasaurus conical fermenter to enable efficient cleaning and multitasking, just like in a professional brewery setting. I aimed to incorporate a CIP (Cleaning In Place) feature to minimize the use of cleaning chemicals. The cap was modeled using FreeCAD software. For durability, PLA was chosen as the printing material; however, ABS or PET could be used for an even more rugged design. A fixed sprayball from AliExpress (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1-2-BSP-Thread-Female-Spray-Ball-Stainless-Steel-Sanitary-Fix-Rotary-Tank-Cleaning-Ball/32850175503.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.44f74c4dOylxMV) was incorporated into the design, providing a convenient cleaning solution.
