FePoBat is a versatile armor for 4 LiFePO4 battery packs and their built-in management systems. Crafted specifically for 4 large LiFePO4 40155 batteries connected in series, these battery packs were salvaged from a broken 7S bicycle battery pack. With one battery removed, I opted to repurpose the remaining ones. Future upgrades may include an adjustable DC-DC step-up converter to power my laptop and a battery gauge monitor for real-time tracking. To simplify post-printing processes, I created custom printing support designs in bms_holder_support.stl and front_cover_support.stl. These supports can be easily removed after printing, minimizing waste and effort.
