I carry a customized Fenix PD 35 flashlight on my belt. It performs well during an 8-hour workday, even with frequent bending and climbing stairs. The current version stays securely in place without falling off, unlike the initial loose design that caused issues. I would not recommend this for high-stress professions like security or law enforcement, where equipment reliability is crucial. PLA's stiff nature can be brittle when impacted, making it prone to cracking. This product was specifically designed for the Fenix PD35 flashlight and will only work with it. The design was created using Tinkercad. Printer Settings Da Vinci Jr 1.0 printer was used. Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Infill: 30% Notes: I employed a .01mm layer height and thin shells in the XYZ Ware slicer. Design Process I utilized Tinkercad to design this customized belt clip.
