Human: Kind of an old-school Dual Showman'ish cab and head model. Approximately 90mm wide, 80mm tall, with a depth of roughly 30mm. The real challenge was the speaker grill. That required some custom settings in Slic3r as shown in the screenshots below and detailed further in Print Settings. I have no idea how it would be achieved with other slicers. Print Settings Printer: Kossel Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 20% Notes: The cab and head shells were printed in black PLA, while the grills and tilt back legs were printed in translucent PLA to give it a sparkly appearance. Getting the grill to resemble a grill was the tricky part. I included my Slic3r settings for the first layer and infill layers below. Note that there is no top layer; instead, there's one bottom layer followed by infill layers on top of it. The result turned out fairly decent. Post-Printing I used white nail polish with a toothpick to create knobs and red nail polish with a toothpick for the pilot light. If you want to take it further, use silver for the input jacks...
